Hyton Leelavadee Hotel is also marketed as Phuket Leelavadee Hua Ting Resort on booking sites. Its garden-and-pool layout offers a central Patong base, but the exact room and operating name should be matched before reserving.

Check the operating name and address

Hyton Leelavadee Hotel is still the name on the original Agoda listing, while KAYAK and HotelsCombined display Phuket Leelavadee Hua Ting Resort under their legacy Hyton property identifiers, at 3 Prachanukhro Road. These listings connect the names, but do not establish that every old review describes the same management period. It should not be confused with Leelawadee Boutique Hotel on Sirirat Road.

The current Booking.com listing describes garden-view accommodation and an outdoor-pool setting. This is a more sheltered arrangement than a room directly on the busy beach road, while still being within the Patong town area. A garden setting can help create separation, but it does not make every room equally quiet.

A garden resort with varied room experiences

One Booking.com guest praised the grounds, pool and helpful staff, describing the beach, shops and nightlife as convenient. A Trip.com guest staying in a detached bungalow liked the separation from neighbouring rooms and the bathroom layout. In the same account, dim lighting, ventilation concerns and a blocked toilet detracted from the stay. Those details belong to that guest’s bungalow, not necessarily to the rest of the inventory.

Other Trip.com feedback praises clean pool water and patient service. Expedia also contains criticism of pool fittings and loungers. These accounts should remain separate rather than being averaged into a promise that the property is either pristine or neglected.

Choose the layout you actually want

The hotel’s appeal lies in combining a pool-and-garden stay with access to Patong’s shops and restaurants. If a detached room is important, make sure that the booked category actually supplies one. The same applies to bathroom arrangements, natural light and outlook. Photographs of a bungalow should not be used to judge a standard room in another part of the property.

Current room-specific evidence matters more here than nostalgia attached to the Hyton name. Confirm the current hotel name on the reservation so that the room description, arrival address and guest reviews all refer to the same property.
