Those are descriptions of the inventory, not a guarantee that any available listing will have that exact plan.
A garden-and-pool base near the northern beach area
The pool and restaurant form part of the property’s appeal, with the beach and other dining options nearby. It is a different location choice from staying beside Bangla Road: the northern setting offers some separation from the centre, while still being in Patong. The official website emphasises a quiet environment, but that is a description of the intended atmosphere rather than a promise about every evening.
KAYAK’s guest-feedback extracts praise the pool, staff and location. One comment mentions firm bedding and another slow internet. The original stay dates are not exposed, so those are questions to check if a soft mattress or reliable work connection is central to the booking.
Check the unit and the host arrangements
Some third-party material describes individually owned units and differing maintenance. That is especially relevant to an apartment-style residence: a photograph of one kitchen does not establish the equipment or condition in another. Verify who handles check-in, housekeeping and assistance for the unit you reserve.
An old Traveloka account raises limited parking and discoloured water, but that historical account should not be treated as the property’s current condition. The sensible focus is the exact apartment, current photographs and the service arrangement, particularly when planning a stay long enough to depend on the kitchen and living space.
